Slide & Serve is a mobile game published by xStudioWorks LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the current version of the Slide & Serve app and on the Slide & Serve pages of this website.

The current version of the app

The current Slide & Serve app build:

• Does not require an account or login
• Does not include advertising
• Does not include third-party analytics
• Does not include tracking
• Does not include an xStudioWorks server or backend
• Does not include an external crash-reporting SDK
• Does not sell personal information

Information stored on your device

The app may save gameplay and preference information locally on your device so the game works the way you expect. This includes:

• Sound preference
• Haptics preference
• Reduced-motion preference
• Tutorial completion
• Local save schema version
• Best coin result
• Best served-order result

Apart from anything you choose to submit through Game Center, this information stays on your device, and it is not transmitted to xStudioWorks by the current version of the app. Deleting the app may remove locally stored information.

Game Center

Slide & Serve includes optional Game Center functionality. Game Center is a service operated by Apple, not by xStudioWorks, and taking part is your choice. If you are not signed in to Game Center, or you choose not to use it, the game remains fully playable.

When you use Game Center, that activity — including anything the game submits to it — is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. xStudioWorks does not receive your Apple ID and does not operate a server that stores this information.

Support emails

If you email assistance@xstudioworks.com, xStudioWorks receives the email address you write from and any device information, screenshots, recordings, or other information you voluntarily provide. This information is used to respond to your support request.

Website operations

The Slide & Serve pages of this website do not use analytics tools, tracking scripts, or advertising, and the site does not set cookies. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure that serves these pages may process standard technical information — such as your IP address, the pages you request, browser information, and timestamps — for security and operation.

Children

Slide & Serve is designed for a general audience. xStudioWorks does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current app.

Future functionality

If advertising, analytics, purchases, crash reporting, accounts, cloud storage, or other network functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that functionality is released.
